While most of Cui's many composition are no longer performed, his beautiful Orientale has remained a popular choice with intermediate violinists for both examination and performance work. Likened to a Chopin Mazurka, or Tchaikovsky's March Slav, this short piece will not disappoint. Grade 4 level.
