Piano Town Lessons Level 2

Lessons is the very core of Piano Town. The controlled, steady pacing of the curriculum introduces one element at a time. Each concept is presented in a consistent, reliable format, and its clear presentation helps students focus on new skills and information.

Lessons Level Two begins with opening the hand out of the 5-finger position to play intervals of 6th and 7th. Other new concepts include half and whole step, 6/8 time signature, changing Major into minor, and Sonatina form. Students will learn to play scales, primary chords, chord progressions, and music in the keys of C, G, F, D, A, and E Major.
