This concerto is very popular with both pupils and teachers alike. For young violinists it is often the first "larger" lecture piece; For the teacher it is a good opportunity to bring their pupils to a light concert literature. The pupil concerto appears in the Edition Peters in a play-technical facility by the experienced violin pedagogue Franziska Matz. She places particular emphasis on the sound design, which should not be neglected even with differentiated arcs. The work is also ideally suited for group lessons.
